Concept (example) Goal Setting:
The how to when setting goals in Supply and Demand,
Marketing, Global Markets, Customer Service, etc.
WEEK 3:
How the Module impacts Management Functions
and Business Processes, Innovation, Automation,
Financial and Investment. It will attempt
to serve as an analysis for Product and Customer Viability.
WEEK 4:
Setting specific Strategies and Visions
within the Module content.
WEEK 5:
Assessment of internal sources and
external opportunities within the Module
WEEK 6:
Competitive Strategies
WEEK 7:
Implementation of the Module, how to manage
what you have learned.
CASE STUDY: Each Participant will be responsible for
one case study on the Module area. |
